The traditional ruler of Igbu Ubie Kingdom in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. Expressly wants to acknowledge the fact that Peace and Unity is a panacea for sustainable development.
Firstly, we want to assure you that peace has automatically returned to our land, and at such, there is need to converse on issues that will bring about sustainable development which we deem it necessary to discuss with you as our son in-law, logically according to tradition, if you marry from Igbu Ubie Kingdom, automatically you becomes one of our sons, therefore there is need to discuss issues that can yield growth and development in our land with you considering your humanitarian assistance and services rendered so far to our sons and daughters working in your establishments.
Mr. Collins Dixon responding; I welcome the King ,Traditional Rulers, Chiefs and other well meaning sons and daughters of Igbu Ubie Kingdom present, I want to express gladness knowing fully well I am seen in the heart of all as a Worthy Son In-law.
My marriage to your daughter and my lovely wife Grace Dixon Ade is the best thing I have ever experienced and I am still very much happy about it, I am pleased to have you all here today, I feel indebted and I will gladly accept any responsibility saddled on me that can foster development in Igbu Ubie Kingdom and Ekpeye Nation at large because within the 40yrs I have lived here, Ekpeye land has been my second home all because of your lovely daughter and the good treatment from your people.

I want to inform you that Igbu Ubie is no longer a clan but now a Kingdom and the stool has been upgraded to First class by Rivers State Government.
I also want to specially thank you because you have helped Ekpeye sons and daughters in different capacities by employing them in your establisments, I can confidently assure and guarantee you maximum security in Igbu Ubie Kingdom anytime you wish to site any industry that will benefit and yield employments to my people.
Remain blessed and continue to enjoy peaceful marriage with our caring and adorable daughter.
