Family Child training is the act of directing a child in a positive ways of behaviour, it involves discipline, correction and care which can be given by the parents or guardians. It is often said ”TRAIN UP A CHILD IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO, AND WHEN HE IS OLD HE WILL NOT DEPART FROM IT”. This instruction was not given to the mother alone but the father as while.
The home is the first school of a child, the parents are the first teacher’s. It is said that ” CHARITY BEGIN AT HOME”, proper up Bringing of a child demands corporate training from the both parents. Spare the rod and spoil the child, the child has to be disciplined.
Some mother are too weak when it comes to the disciplining of a child, this weakness is as a result of the close relationship between the mother and the child . If the discipline of a child is not well considered, the child might go astray.
Child care also entails financial support some Mothers are house wives without jobs or skill, they cannot provide the basic needs of a child, the father who is the bread winner of the family pay their school fees. Buying of new clothes and shoes, therefore, has co-operation is needed in the training of the child.
Some children are naturally closer to their father’s than their mother’s, especially girls. They tend to listen to their father’s more than their mother’s, this is usually an opportunity for fathers to teach their children what their mother’s couldn’t, because some children take their father’s as their role model, They learn from their behaviour and skills.
A father is said to be the head of the family, that symbol of authority controls every misbehaviour of the child, it is also the responsibility of the father to train a child. A child is a member of a society whose future depends on his or her decisions in life, such decisions can produce by the type of training the child has receive, for a better society with better citizens, both parents should commit their time and energy to the training of their children without mining words.
Let me say that child training is also the responsibility of the father, before I end my writing; I want to ask the readers a few questions.
- – What is my aim of writing this?
- – If this is to be a debate, what side do I take in the argument?
- – If this is also a debate and assuming you are a judge being presented with this case, what will be your judgement?
Thanks as you reply to this questions by comment button and share to social media, let the child training goes vital.
