The Traditionalist Chief Comrade Ordu Egbogbo Napoleon was born on 12th April, 1954 at Ubio Community Igbu Ubie Clan, Ahoada West Local Government Area.

The Humanitarian prayed to the Almighty God to bless Ekpeye for meaningful Developments of our traditions. Ubie Clan have being the first head of traditions because Ubie as the First Son of Ekpeye, gave rights to festivals Ogwu Ekpeye for our First Daughters Ukpukpumeni Ubie has the right for our First Son Ubie is the Owor holders and king markers.
