It is compelling to inform that the Nigeria Police Medical Service has officially started the delivery of essential health services at its zonal clinic in Edeoha Community, in Ahoada East Local Government Area, Rivers State, Nigeria.
And it is open to the general public. Doctors, Nurses and other complimentary staff officially started work at the clinic on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2020.
It is temporarily located at the Upata Civic Center, pending when construction work at its permanent building in Edeoha Town, is completed.
The clinic is expected to serve Ahoada East, Ahoada West, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni and Abua/Odual Local Government Areas. The resumption of operations coincides with the outbreak of the dreaded coronavirus disease, boosting the people’s moral.
It goes to confirm the Upata leadership’s quest to entrench belief in a new dawn, an era of targeted development.
